The best storage temperature is between 10 and 14° C. Avoid too many temperature fluctuations.
Ideal air humidity
The ideal humidity is between 60 and 75%. This ensures a good sealing of the cork.

Corked wines should be stored lying down to prevent oxidation by oxygen.

How do I know if my wine cellar is good?
The best conditions for storing wine are: temperature of 12° C, relative humidity of 60 to 75%, dark and free of vibrations and noxious odors.
Can the INOA be installed at any time?
Not in all cases: the room must be at least 10 m3 in size. Also, the INOA must be able to discharge its hot air into an adjacent room or outside.
When do I choose wine cabinets instead of an air-conditioned room?
Basically, starting from 500 bottles, it is realistic to put the advantages of a wine room next to those of wine cabinets, in terms of cost and ease of use.
Can the wine cellar cooling system be installed by EuroCave?
The INOA wine cellar cooler can be installed yourself, but EuroCave offers the service of having the INOA installed by a partner. The split is installed by STEK-approved company.
