Delivery and installation

EuroCave maintains the following delivery conditions: Wine cabinets: your wine cabinet will be delivered to your home and installed by our specialized service department. Our staff will put your wine cabinet in place, unpack the wine cabinet, give you a personal demonstration if you wish, and take away the packing materials. Exceptions are the wine cabinets of the brand ArteVino, see the conditions in the webshop. Please note that we never build in wine cabinets, not even models specifically intended for built-in installation. Please consult your kitchen supplier or interior designer. Wine racks, wine cellar coolers and wine by the glass systems: your wine rack, wine cellar cooler or wine by the glass system will be delivered to your home free of charge from € 1,000, with the exception of Gardevin for which a contribution to the transport costs is charged. For orders up to € 1,000, we charge freight and administration costs (see price list). Costs for installation are on request.

Delivery time EuroCave 's products are manufactured entirely to your specifications. The delivery time is therefore flexible. However, we always have popular models in stock, so that we can also meet urgent deliveries.

Delivery on demand If you are remodeling, it may be that the exact deadline is not yet known. But when the big day arrives, you want to have your EuroCave product quickly. That is why we offer the possibility of having your order delivered on demand. Ask your sales advisor about the conditions.

We naturally assume that you will enjoy many years of carefree enjoyment from your purchase. Since more than 99 percent of our customers experience no problems with their systems, that's not an unreasonable assumption. That does not, of course, take away from the fact that you should be able to count on the very best service if, despite this, something is not working properly. At EuroCave, we provide that service.
