Cees van Casteren MW

Cees van Casteren MW is one of the most renowned wine experts in the Netherlands. After a career at DSM, he began working as an independent entrepreneur (consultant, wine writer, and journalist) in 2002. In 2012, he earned the prestigious title of Master of Wine, becoming only the second Dutch person to hold this qualification. He is also a WSET Educator, honorary chairman of the Verenigde Vinologen Nederland, and author of several influential wine books, including *Proeven als een Pro* and *Anyone Can Taste Wine*. Cees advises wine producers, importers, and collectors, conducts training sessions and lectures, and travels worldwide through wine regions.
