Return and refund policy
Valid for products ordered online.
- Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be refunded the full order amount excluding any shipping costs.
- Delivery and installation
When placing your order you can choose:
- Standard delivery to the first threshold (first floor).
- Delivery and installation on site (at extra cost).
The method of delivery affects the return process (see below).
- Returning large/heavy products
Because our products are large and/or heavy, they cannot be returned via a regular parcel service. The return process is as follows:
- Report return:
Report your return within 14 days of receipt via service@eurocave.nl or our contact form, quoting your order number. - Return transport appointment:
We will contact you to schedule a pick-up appointment. The product will be picked up by our own delivery service or a forwarding agent. - Cost of return:
The cost of return transportation is at your own expense. The costs depend on the location and will be communicated in advance. An indication of the costs can be requested from us.
Please note: The return costs can be considerably higher than the costs for delivery, because it involves special transport.
- Conditions for returns
- Please return the product, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. If this is not possible, the cost of new packaging will be charged.
- You may evaluate the product as you would in a physical store, but we may charge for depreciation in case of further use.
- Products that are custom made or specially ordered are excluded from the right of withdrawal (see our general terms and conditions).
- Refund
After receipt and inspection of the returned product you will receive the purchase amount excluding any shipping costs as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after dissolution (or as much earlier as we have received the product back) back via the same payment method as you paid with.
