Hospitality, Germany
Michelin-starred restaurant Laurushaus is located in a former barn of the castle. Wine is as important at Laurushaus as the dishes. The wines are carefully selected by restaurant manager and sommelier Carla Veenstra. Many of the guests remember her from her time at the legendary restaurant Im Schiffchen. Carla's specialty is pairing food and wine, and she is also incredibly proud of Germany's first Louis Roederer vinothèque.
The wish
A storage capacity of over 500 bottles, with the perfect serving temperature for all champagne and wines combined with compartments for the presentation and branding of Roederer Champagne.
The solution
A custom wall with 3 Pure wine cabinets built in, space between the wine cabinets for the presentation of the champagne and above the wine cabinets space for storage and advertising for Roederer.
The products
Pure wine cabinets, one temperature zone for serving champagne, white and red wine. The layout consists of fully extendable shelves. A light kit option was chosen for extra attention on the wine bottles.
The result
Both a functional and an exclusive presentation wine wall, focusing on the co-investor of the wine cabinets ... Roederer.
