The objective

The Olympic was looking for wine cabinets to create a wine wall in the restaurant. The wine cabinets had to be both an eye-catcher and highly functional with regard to serving the wine at the right temperature and the speed of finding and taking out a bottle of wine.

The solution

We chose 6 wine cabinets from the Pure series of EuroCave which are adjustable from 5 to 22° C. This allowed us to create 6 different temperature zones for serving the wines at the right drinking temperature.

The product

The Pure series is the most sold series of EuroCave. This already very complete wine cabinet is equipped with an optional full glass door. For the layout is chosen for 2 extendable presentation sets per wine cabinet supplemented with sliding shelves on roller bearings.

The result

The newly built Olympic Hotel in Amsterdam harbors a restaurant for which the owner selected six full glass Pure cabinets to make a big wine wall. In the basement they used Modulosteel and Modulorack to set up their wine space. The whole sales process went super smooth. The owner knew exactly what he wanted and was well aware of our product qualities. A dream project.
