Wine Bar 8.0 and Pure series Gringo's

Gringo's Restaurante Cantina has been bringing a South American experience to the Netherlands since 1996, right in the middle of Doetinchem. Good food, drinks, lounging and dancing.

Objective

Gringo's was keen to adopt a better wine policy, as they noticed that their guests were increasingly demanding better wines by the glass. In addition, they wanted to be able to serve the wines at the right drinking temperature.

Solution

For serving wines by the glass at the right temperature, the Wine Bar 8.0 was chosen. This wine by the glass system accommodates 8 bottles of wine at the correct drinking temperature; the bottle of wine can be served at the table and when the wine bottle is put back, it is automatically vacuumed so that it can be kept for up to 10 days.

For serving wine by the bottle, 2 wine cabinets from the Pure series were chosen. These wine cabinets can be set to 1 zone, between 6 and 20° C. Thus, 1 wine cabinet was chosen for red wine at 18° C and the other wine cabinet is set at 9° C for the white wine.

Result

Both the Wine Bar 8.0 and the two Pure wine cabinets are built into a piece of furniture, which makes a beautiful whole with the cozy and atmospheric restaurant. The wine cabinets are equipped with 2 presentation sets per wine cabinet, to present the finest wines, an extension of the wine list. The rest is arranged with sliding shelves on roller bearings. Through the lighting strips on the side, the wines are beautifully highlighted.

The Wine Bar Bar 8.0 is coordinated in terms of lighting with the rest of the interior so that the wines are beautifully accented.
