Modulosteel and Modulorack Restaurant Waterproof

Scheveningen - Opened in 2007, restaurant Waterproef has made a name for itself with its exceptional wine list. Wine Spectator awarded restaurant Waterproef with the "Best of Award of Excellence" for the sixth time in a row in 2017. The wine list represents over 900 wines, including modern and classic wines; from discoveries to big names.

Objective

Restaurant Waterproef had the desire to realize a wine room in which the wines would be presented in an attractive and playful manner. The requirement was that the layout of the wine racks should be easily adjustable.

Solution

Two EuroCave Modulosteel racks were chosen on either side of the room. Each of these racks is made up of 5 columns containing 17 shelves, each with space for 8 wine bottles. The wine cases are stored in the EuroCave Modulorack system, which in this arrangement has room for 44 cases. The Modulorack system makes the wines easily accessible as the crates can be pushed forward.
